Castell Son Claret's new gourmet restaurant Sa Clastra is run by talented young Mallorcan chef Jordi Cantó and focuses on local produce and reinterpretations of traditional dishes in a subtle, modern and creative way. October: Thursday to Saturday from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm
